Please note that we can only register you for the exam if the exam fee is paid within two days. Otherwise, you will lose your reserved spot and will need to register for another exam. You will receive an email from us with the relevant payment details.

Postponing the exam date is generally not possible, unless the request is made at least 17 days in advance and a replacement candidate is found. In this case, a rescheduling fee of €60.00 will be charged.
No refund will be given in case of no-show on the exam day.
In the event of illness on the exam day, a medical certificate must be provided. In such cases, the registration may be transferred to a later date upon payment of a €60.00 fee.
Approximately 5 days before the exam, you will receive an email with the exam invitation.
If you do not receive it, please contact us immediately.
The exam results are usually available within 4–6 weeks after the exam date.
